Common Issues

• Issues: A valid license cannot be granted for the type "eShiply Plugin Type".
  Solution: You need to remove the license file located under root folder and specific plugin folder, and upload the new license file to specific plugin folder.
  

• Issues: The license key is incorrect.
  Solution: Replace the existing license key with new license key. You can get it here.
  

• Issues: The current domain is not supported by this license.
  Solution 1: Please make sure the license file is generate for the correct domain name/url. Replace existing package file with latest package file.
  Solution 2: If you purchase the domain name with sub domain or with www, you have to run the store with the sub domain or force it run with www. You can use canonical url plugin to turn the url with www. Purchase canonical url here.
  Solution 3: Remove the license file located under root folder.
  

• Issues: The current version is not within the constraints of this license.
  Solution 1: Please make sure the license file is correct. Replace existing package file with latest package file.
  Solution 2: Remove the license file located under root folder.
  

• Issues: The license may only be used in a Runtime environment. Design Time licensing is not supported.
  Solution: All plugin is not able to run under design time.
